This is the traditional model where Vibrant-info executes work on a per project basis. In this model the clients outsource the entire project to Vibrant-info. They can select Vibrant-info resources that are on-shore, near-shore, offshore or a customized blend of the three.

Here the client manages customer communication, and Vibrant-info conceptualizes, designs, develops and test the application. Generally, Vibrant-info methodologies are used to execute the project but in case required client specific methodologies may also be used. All project management tasks are handled by Vibrant-info.
